Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas
We ship both domestically within Japan and internationally.
Availability and eligible countries for international shipping are listed on each product page.

2. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
All products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturing and shipping partners (such as Printful).
The shipping carrier and fulfillment location will vary depending on the product and the destination address.

3. Shipping Fees

Domestic and international shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product and destination.

4. Processing Time

Production time: Usually 5–10 business days

Orders are shipped after production is completed. The shipping date and method are subject to our partner’s policies.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic: Approximately 2–7 days after shipment

International: Approximately 7–21 days after shipment (may vary by country and shipping method)

6. Possible Delays
Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, customs clearance, or our fulfillment partner’s processing time.

7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
All customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

8. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided via email after shipment, when available from our fulfillment partner.

海外配送の可否や対象国は商品ページに記載いたします。

2. 発送元について
当店の商品は、提携している製造・発送パートナー（Printful等）から直接発送されます。
そのため、配送業者・発送拠点は商品や配送先によって異なります。

3. 配送料金

国内配送・海外配送ともに、商品や配送先に応じて自動計算されます（チェックアウト時に表示）

4. 発送までの日数

製造期間：通常5〜10営業日

製造完了後に発送されます。発送日や配送方法は製造パートナーの条件に準じます。

5. お届けまでの目安

国内配送：発送後約2〜7日

海外配送：発送後約7〜21日（国や配送方法により異なります）

6. 遅延について
天候・交通事情・通関手続き、または製造・発送パートナーの処理状況により、配送が遅れる場合があります。

7. 関税・輸入税（海外配送）
海外への配送時に発生する関税・輸入税・通関手数料は、すべてお客様のご負担となります。

8. 配送状況の確認
発送後、追跡番号をメールでお知らせします（製造・発送パートナーが提供する場合に限ります）。
