Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

As our products are made-to-order (Print On Demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind. We only accept returns in the following cases:
Defective items (damage, sewing defects, printing errors, etc.)

2. Return Request Period
Please contact us at info@tokyo-darkside.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos showing the defect.
3. How to Return
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the designated return address from our fulfillment partner (e.g., Printful). Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Important Notes
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
Worn, washed, or damaged items, or items missing original tags or packaging, will not be accepted

1. 返品対象
当店の商品は受注生産(Print On Demand)で製造しており、サイズ間違い・カラーの違い・イメージ違い等のお客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。以下の場合のみ返品・交換を承ります。
商品に欠陥がある場合(破損、縫製不良、印刷不良など)
ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合
2. 返品受付期限
商品到着後7日以内に、注文番号と不具合箇所がわかる写真を添えて info@tokyo-darkside.com までご連絡ください。
3. 返品方法
返品リクエストが承認された場合、製造・発送パートナー(例:Printful)の指定返品先住所をご案内いたします。事前承認なしに返送された商品はお受けできません。
4. 返金について
返品商品を受領・検品後、返金可否をご連絡いたします。返金が承認された場合、元のお支払い方法にて10営業日以内に返金処理を行います。※金融機関やクレジットカード会社の処理に時間がかかる場合があります。
5. 注意事項
セール品およびギフトカードの返品はお受けできません
着用済み、洗濯済み、破損した商品、またはタグやパッケージが欠損している商品は返品不可
